Alles perfekt. Tolle Lage, sauber, komfortabel, toll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt.

I stayed in the white apartment for a month for work and I had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient-right by the university and very close to restaurants, supermarkets as well as public transportation. It was very nice and quiet yet very close to downtown and landmarks. The apartment is beautifully decorated- the owners thought of every need/convenience. The keyless entry was very convenient and made the check-in process so easy. I hope to be back!

So sollte Airbnb sein...stimmig von vorn bis hinten! Bemerkenswert ist die Organisation des Appartements - Parkplatz, Schlüsselcodierung, Diskretion. Und: Betten auf Hotelniveau von min. 4*

We had a great experience! The property was easy to reach, with bus stations conveniently close by. We received the entrance code well in advance, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The flat itself was nice and cozy, with charming bedrooms — the kids especially loved the one decorated with orange mushrooms! There was a TV in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. A welcome bottle of water was also waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. There’s a bakery right under the apartment, which unfortunately is closed on weekends, but we enjoyed visiting it during the week. Luckily, there’s another excellent bakery just a 3-minute walk down the street that’s open on weekends too — both offer delicious coffee and pastries! The park is within walking distance, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center on foot. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

helle Wohnung, top Ausrichtung (in der Küche und im Bad), super Parkplatz, gleich neben einer super Bäckerei, Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Gittern vor Fenster - also sehr sicher! TOP AUFENTHALT -> 10/10

Wirklich schönes Apartment, welches perfekt gelegen ist. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist ebenfalls ein riesen Pluspunkt. Außerdem konnte ich mein Auto am Abreisetag auf Nachfrage noch länger auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, was wirklich sehr entgegenkommend war.

We had a really great time staying here! The place is super quiet and peaceful. The garden is beautiful, full of greenery. It made mornings with a coffee outside feel extra special. The apartment had everything we needed – all the appliances worked perfectly, which made things super convenient. The beds were really comfy too. It's in a calm area, away from the noise, but still close enough to get around easily. We'd definitely come back!

Идеально!!! Все безупречно: парковка, местоположение, есть всё необходимое жля ппоживания не только на один день, даже на месяц. Если вы приезжаете в Грац - останавливайтесь здесь, это - великолепно!!!

Wir waren begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. So geschmackvoll, so durchdacht, ganz tolle Betten, gelungene Aufteilung, schön mit den Sofas in den Schlafzimmern. Und für uns die perfekt Lage, nur ein paar Schritte um unsere Tochter von ihrer Masterprüfung abzuholen.

The apartment is very clean and cosy. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood, with lots of cafes, bakeries, pubs. All landmarks are fairly close and walkable. We quite enjoyed our stay in Graz!
