Everything was simply perfect! Especially impressed by their flexibility when we realized that we wanted to use the bedsofa and all of a sudden needed an additional sheet.

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattete Unterkunft, bestens organisiert, sauber und gut gelegen. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend geantwortet, sehr netter Kontakt. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden das nächste Mal nicht mehr die Green Flat nehmen sondern eine größere Wohnung. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus im Innenhof. Die Dusche war etwas beengt, ist aber keine Kritik, nur ein Hinweis für die nächsten Gäste. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was man für eine schöne Auszeit benötigt.

The location is strategic, 1km from city centre but at the same time away from its congestion. The apartment is large and very liveable. The cleaning is very thorough. The services are of excellent quality, internal parking above all. The use information (at booking and on site) were clear and detailed.

Great place to stay in Graz. Directly across the street from the main university campus. There’s a great bakery downstairs in the same building and all the other things one expects in a university town are a short walk away. It’s just a 15 minute walk to the old, city center. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a visiting university professor.

This property is well taken care of, clean, and is easily accessible. Communication from the hosts was clear and helpful. The community was safe and walkable, with a bakery in the same building as the apartment and a grocery store only a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again if we visit Graz in the future.

Die Terrasse ist bei diesem Flat was Besonderes

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ( wie die anderen Appartments von GrazRentals auch), das auch gut ausgestattet ist. Perfekt ist der Parkplatz im Innenhof, so dass man zu Fuß die Grazer Innenstadt erkunden kann, die man nach einem 15 minütigen Spaziergang erreicht. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen sicher wieder. Im Sommer wird es im Orange Flat leider ziemlich heiß und die Fenster der Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straßenseite, so dass es bei geöffneten Fenstern morgens etwas laut wird.

If you think of stay in Graz, do not hesitate to book Blue Flat apartment! Exceptional accomodation. Beautifully renovated with attached to details. Super clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Parking outside of the building. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und falls wir noch einmal in Graz seien sollten, werden wir wieder auf diese Unterkunft bleiben. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und ist äußerst gepflegt/sauber. An der Ausstattung für den Haushalt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Bezüglich der Buchung und der Ankunft/Abfahrt lief alles reibungslos ab.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had everything needed for a family with a small child. The owners were very responsive and provided us with a baby cot. The apartment is within walking distance of the center of Graz and we didn't need to use a car for sightseeing, however it was very quiet and pleasant. There is also free parking in the hotel yard, which is a great convenience. We would stay there again on our next visit to Graz.
