Helle Wohnung, top Ausrichtung (in der Küche und im Bad), super Parkplatz, gleich neben einer super Bäckerei, Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit Gittern vor Fenster - also sehr sicher! TOP AUFENTHALT -> 10/10

We had a great experience! The property was easy to reach, with bus stations conveniently close by. We received the entrance code well in advance, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The flat itself was nice and cozy, with charming bedrooms — the kids especially loved the one decorated with orange mushrooms! There was a TV in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. A welcome bottle of water was also waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. There’s a bakery right under the apartment, which unfortunately is closed on weekends, but we enjoyed visiting it during the week. Luckily, there’s another excellent bakery just a 3-minute walk down the street that’s open on weekends too — both offer delicious coffee and pastries! The park is within walking distance, and it takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center on foot. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

Wirklich schönes Apartment, welches perfekt gelegen ist. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist ebenfalls ein riesen Pluspunkt. Außerdem konnte ich mein Auto am Abreisetag auf Nachfrage noch länger auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, was wirklich sehr entgegenkommend war.

Das war das beste Apartment in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Super sauber, super schön und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral. Optimal wenn man Fahrräder dabei hat. Wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Man hat vor der Anreise eine genaue Beschreibung erhalten, wie man den Parkplatz findet und mit dem Türcode in die Wohnung kommt. Gastgeber war telefonisch erreichbar oder hat zurück gerufen.

Ons verblijf was fantastisch.. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is schoon en alles heeft goede kwaliteit . Een lekker bed. Als je de instructie goed leest, is het een heel makkelijke binnenkomst en heel praktisch! Onze host was snel in reactie bij vragen. Het oude centrum is makkelijk te bewandelen in 20 minuten door een mooi parkje. Graz heeft een fijne sfeer en er is veel te zien. Het bakkertje vlakbij is ook heel fijn. Als je in Graz moet zijn is dit een geweldig appartement !

Einfach Perfekt, die Wohnung ein Traum. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben die Tage in Graz sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, was in Graz sehr wichtig ist. Der Bäcker im Haus ist auch ein Pluspunkt für uns gewesen. Auch die vielen Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Entfernung, haben uns gefallen. Wir kommen im Februar auf alle Fälle wieder.

Super Relaxing Stay in a Quiet and Green Spot We had a really great time staying here! The place is super quiet and peaceful. The garden is beautiful, full of greenery. It made mornings with a coffee outside feel extra special. The apartment had everything we needed – all the appliances worked perfectly, which made things super convenient. The beds were really comfy too. It's in a calm area, away from the noise, but still close enough to get around easily. We'd definitely come back!

Bardzo przyjemny i niezwykle czysty apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Widok na zadbany dziedziniec, spokój, blisko do wielu ciekawych miejsc w Grazu. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami.

This is an excellent place to stay with family. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The room had everything we needed. Free parking. The park on the territory, and it’s only a 10-minute walk to the city center. Spar supermarket is 5 minutes away. Highly recommended! We rate these apartments 10 out of 10!
