The beds were perfect and very comfortable. The two bedrooms made are stay convenient. The parking nearby the entrance is also a plus.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement : très propre, très bien placé. Sa terrasse est très appréciable ! Et le trajet pour aller au cœur de Graz se fait facilement à pied. Nous recommandons !

Super Wohnung! Die Ferienwohnung ist top modern ausgestattet und man braucht nichts mitzubringen, da Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klopapier und Spülsachen komplett vorhanden sind. - Leider keine Klimaanlage

A cozy apartment with all the amenities you need. Very clean and comfortable. Just a 10-15 minutes walk from the center through the city park. There's a bakery next door. A nice experience alltogether.

Vienmēr, kad braucu uz Grācu, skatos, vai nav iespējams rezervēt apartmentus šajā namā. Palieku tur jau otro reizi un esmu ļoti apmierināts. Manām vajadzībām ļoti ērta vieta: viss atrodas tuvu un ar kājām sasniedzams: vecpilsēta, pārtikas veikali, restorāni un kafejnīcas. Tā kā parasti braucu ar automašīnu, tad milzīga priekšrociba ir privātā autostāvvieta mājas pagalmā.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten im Studentenviertel, die nah am Stadtzentrum liegt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Von Toaster über Mikrowelle und Kindergeschirr war alles vorhanden. Außerdem war die Wohnung wirklich gut gedämmt. Den Bus, der direkt vorbeifährt, hat man kaum gehört

Ruhige Lage mitten im Grazer UNI-Viertel. Die Lage des Apartementhauses in der Schubertstraße mitten im Grazer UNI-Viertel ist optimal. Der mit feinem Kies und Steinplatten ausgelegte Innenhof (Parkplätze) grenzt direkt an einen kleinen Park mit imposantem alten Baumbestand. Im Haus befindet sich eine Filiale der Bäckereikette Sorger (ab 6h30 Mo-Fr), sodass man fürs Frühstück sehr bequem nur ums Eck gehen muss. In der Nähe befinden sich viele andere Einkaufs- und Gastro-Optionen. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt auch eine Bushaltestelle. Die Innenstadt ist mit einem kurzen Spaziergang in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten locker erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert, rasch, freundlich und professionell.

ÖAlles picco-bello, bestens eingerichtet (beides besser als daheim ;-), freundliche studentische Wohnumgebung in Zentrumsnähe, jederzeit wieder!

The Golden Apartment was great! Very spacious, nice balcony, good airflow, well equipped kitchen, new washer/dryer, etc. The location is a quick walk from the nice Stadtpark and from the Hilmteich lake area. There are quite a few good restaurants in the area, and of course it's right next to the Uni Graz. We found it quiet and relaxing at night, despite being so central. Highly recommend!

My mother and I came to Graz for educational purposes. We didn’t need to worry about paying for parking as the car was in a gated parking lot that was assigned to each tenant. We had some trouble with the codes but the hosts were really helpful and arranged everything in minutes. Upon coming into the apartment, I noticed brochures of Graz and other info. The double doors were interesting as there was total silence and peace from any noise in the hallway. In the kitchen, we had our form to fill which was labeled and prepared. There was a bottle of sparkling water for us which was great after such a long journey from Serbia. Coffee capsules for morning coffee. The towels, sheets, everything was super clean and prepared. It was hot the week we stayed but there were ventilators that worked great. Overall, both my mom and I enjoyed our stay! If we visit Graz again, we would like to stay at this place again.
