Sin duda excelente lugar para estancia en Graz!!! Todo tal cual la descripción y cerca de todo lo céntrico en la ciudad. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos a nosotros. Sin duda regresaría a este mismo lugar sin pensarlo.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Green Apartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Katja, Andreas, und Gudrun war auch sehr einfach und alles war bestens erklärt damit die An- und Abreisen stressfrei waren. Die Uni-Gegend fanden wir auch sehr schön und ruhig an einem Wochenende im Sommer, und der Weg in die Stadt war nicht weit. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Fantastisch! Locatie was top! Op wandelafstand van het centrum, winkels, restaurants, etc. Appartement was hi-level voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats in het midden van het centrum. Zeer ruim appartement!

Great place to stay when you want to visit Graz and Styria. A very clean and cosy apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. Location is very close to the city center - 15 minutes walking distance. On the corner of the building there is local bakery where you can get a breakfast with tasty coffee. We visited Graz and spent nice time in Loipersdorf thermal pool. Also I can recommend Bad Blumau, but this time we didn’t have enough time to visit both pools:)

Super relaxt en van alle gemakken voorzien Heerlijk licht en ruimte fijn balkon met zitjes. De wasmachine was goed en de badkamer groot. Sfeer is gezellig en mooi ingericht.

We had a short stay in Graz and found the green flat a perfect place to stay. Communications from the hosts were clear and friendly. Check in was automatic and no problem. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and we liked the green deco. The location is super, it was quiet (even though , at the moment there are roadworks in the street). The private parking directly in front of the apartment was really useful. We didn't need the car at all . There are bus routes close by, but we enjoyed walking into the city through the park and along lovely streets. The uni is very close, and there are lots of very nice places to eat in the area and a great little bakery in the same building! We would be happy to stay there again!

Great flat. Five stars out of five. This flat has a great value. I traveled with my family and we didn't have any problems. The apartment is very clean with great attention to details. The owners are very attentive to the care of their apartment, we noticed this from the excellent cleaning products that were at our disposal. Offering Sonett products to guests is not that common. Small details are important here. The apartment is fully equipped, there is everything you need for a hassle-free holiday. We will definitely come back again.

The accomodation was extremely clean and the area is quiet. A supermarket is 300m away from the building, and a coffee shop right around the corner. We enjoyed our stay!

Die Bilder entsprachen der Realität, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. In der Nähe der Unterkunft sind viele Lokale die zu Fuß gut zu erreichen sind. Perfekte Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen.

Eine der positivsten Airbnb Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre! Haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders hat uns gefallen: super kinderfreundliche Ausstattung, nachhaltige und ökologische Produkte, super gemütliches Bett und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnungen gerne weiter!
