Our experience was literally perfect. Andreas was a great host, as he informed us in detail about everything and even offered us to leave our luggage after we checked out. The apartment itself is very cosy, modern and chic and it made us feel like home. The host provided us with everything one would need and way more. The location is perfect, as the apartment is situated near the city center and almost everything is reachable by foot and connected with public transportation. I highly recommend this place.

The Red Flat is a very stylishly refurbished small flat with everything that one needs for a short stay, including a parking space. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre which takes you through the lively university quarter with lots of restaurants and shops to use as required. The flat was beautifully clean and completely met the very high hopes and expectations which I had. So I recommend the flat without hesitation!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig. Sie ist blitzsauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Boxspringbetten sind traumhaft zum Schlafen, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Check in und check out waren total unkompliziert und die Kommunikativen mit dem Gastgeber war einfach. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen! Danke für das schöne Graz Wochenende!

Andreas’ apartment is terrific and has a great location in Graz. The apartment is very spacious and clean and there were great inclusions which we appreciated. The location is in an interesting area with good shops and restaurants nearby. Access is good. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you. Gerry and Dagmar and our two grandchildren.
