Kaikin puolin mahtava kohde! Olimme pari yötä täällä, tilaa oli reilusti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Parkkipaikka autolle oli sisäpihalta portin takaa ja huoneeseen ei kuulunut melu. Suomalaisena arvostin perinteistä kahvinkeitintä, jolla sai keitettyä suodatinkahvia! Kahvila rakennuksessa, isokokoinen Spar aivan lähellä ja keskustaan n. 15min kävelymatka. Sänky oli erittäin hyvä ja iso tyynyvalikoima! Ainoa miinus oli, että tv:ssä ei näkynyt normaalit kanavat, mutta Netflix ym oli käytettävissä.

Wir können die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung von Andreas uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie hat gute Vibes. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut es gibt sogar einen Erste Hilfe Kasten! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt viel Stauraum. Die Lage ebenfalls toll: Zentral (Uni-Viertel) und trotzdem ruhig und grün. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.

There is a bustling uni population around with great little eateries and pubs.walk to the old town is only 15 min.Andreas has a great DVD collection for a relaxing night in.

The blue apartment is not only very clean and has all you need, it is simply very well located. Not in the city center, but you are there in 10'. The apartment lays in the university district, which means it is very quiet during summer, has a private parking spot and a bakery just around the corner (with great coffee). I highly recommend this place to everyone.

A really lovely and stylish place to stay near central Graz. There is an excellent cafe in the same building. The apartment is well located and within walking distance of the main square and the town hall. The apartment was clean and new, everything worked well for us and the two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was modern. The security worked well, it made things simple not having to remember a key!! We have friend in Graz so went by their recommendations for sightseeing, but I did download the ‘sight run’ app, which takes you on a guided 5k run through the city, which I recommend for runners, but it’s also possible to walk the route, which takes you from the Rathaus along the river, past the opera house and back to the start. Quite informative. Thank you Andreas and team!

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (2 Jahre)) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Kommunikation ging super schnell und Andreas war sehr hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir uns nicht gesehen, der Check-in lief aber auch so perfekt. Wir haben die Wohnung bereits weiter empfohlen und werden beim nächsten Grazbesuch auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.... Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit, die wir auch dank der Wohnung in Graz hatten.

We would like to thank the host for the wonderful apartment. The apartment was spotless and beautiful, not too far from the city centre. We stayed with kids and cooked at home. The kitchen had the perfect size withe all necessary tools. We definitely recommend the host! It was easy to communicate with him.

Top Lage, schöne Anlage innerhalb eines parkähnlichen Gartens, Wohnung ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll, sowie überkomplett ausgestattet - nix fehlt :-)
