Mi sono fermato solo una notte nella struttura ma ho trovato un appartamento molto comodo, pulito e dotato di ogni servizio.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Parkplatz. Die Küchenausstattung ist mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und viel Geschirr, Gläsern und Töpfen top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein- und Auschecken ist mit Code bequem und einfach. Kommen beim nächsten mal gerne wieder.

Sehr ordentlich und gemütlich. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Mit dem Schlüsselcode eine super Idee. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe.

Clean, roomy, private. Staff extremely helpful. Great coffee places nearby, everyone very patient with my poor German.

Check-in ist nicht nötig, man bekommt vorab die Zugangscode´s vom Gastgeber mit ausführlicher Erklärung wie es funktioniert. Das Apparment war modern eingerichtet, sauber und alles tip-top. Überdies riesig-groß mit einer voll bestückten Küche. Trotz Lage in der Stadt absolut ruhig.

차량을 이용하였는데, 불편함 없이 잘 이용하였습니다. 주차장도 꽤 넓고 괜찮더라고요. 체크인 과정도 이메일로 보내준대로만 진행하면 이상 없음!! 보증금받는다고 기재되어있는데, 보증금을 따로 받지는 않더라고요. 집도 너무 넓고 쾌적하고 무엇보다 인테리어 감각이 좋았던 것 같습니다. 머무는 3일동안 매우 편안하고 좋았습니다

We liked every little detail about this apartment including perfect and quite location, beautiful interior, cleanliness and furnishing of the apartment. The owner was very friendly and replied quickly to the e-mails that I sent. The apartment is small but have everything what is needed. It is very clean. There are enough towels. The kitchen is well equipped. For my next stay in Graz, I will again try to book this apartment.

La limpieza del apartamento, los utensilios y el mobiliario, la distribución de los cuartos (entrada a salón-cocina, cuarto con baño-ducha-lavadora a la izquierda y wc a la derecha subiendo unas escaleras). La ubicación es perfecta (para esta zona de la ciudad), a 5 minutos andando hay Spar, otro a 10 minutos y restaurantes y cafeterías dado que es zona universitaria. el sistema de acceso es con códigos que (aunque hay que descifrar cómo funciona todo), es perfecto. El silencio en el edificio, la calefacción, la wifi, la disponibilidad de la cocina y nevera, plancha, secador de pelo, ollas, sartenes, horno, calentador de agua,... y el detalle de la Nespresso. El cuarto de baño siempre estaba caliente y la lavadora-secadora disponible. Tanto la cama como la ropa y las almohadas, impecables y muy cómodas. Felicitamos a la chica de la limpieza por lo cuidado del piso. Es la novena vez que me alojo en Graz en un periodo de seis años y ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido. la disponibilidad de garaje para aparcar el coche es algo que me ha servido para decantarme por este alojamiento. Detalles muy cuidados: decoración y mobiliario que aunque sencillo, resulta de utilidad. Hay enchufes por todas partes de modo que no hay problema de turnos para cargar portátiles o móviles. Sobre la mesa, al llegar, están todas las instrucciones que se puedan necesitar. Ojalá otros inquilinos cuiden el alojamiento, porque me gustaría volver al mismo sitio en mi próxima visita.

The blue apartment is terrific and has a great location in Graz. The apartment is very spacious and clean and there were great inclusions which we appreciated. The location is in an interesting area with good shops and restaurants nearby. Access is good. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you.
