We follow the strictest hygiene standards. After departure, the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned and the bed linen is washed at a professional laundry. We use exclusively eco-friendly cleaning products.
Additional services / Additional costs
We offer the following optional additional services during your stay:
- Optional interim cleaning (incl. fresh bed linen and towels):
- yellow, white, green, red: €65 incl. VAT
- blue, golden: €80 incl. VAT
- orange: €85 incl. VAT
- Deep cleaning after pets: €50 incl. VAT
- Nespresso capsules: €0.50 each
- Additional parking space: €20 per day
- Trailer parking: €20 per day (no lorries)
- Tourism tax Graz: €2.50 per person/night (already included in the booking price)
- Surcharge from the 3rd guest: €10 per person/night
