The blue flat is our apartment for groups. Two real, separate bedrooms — the blue one with a garden view, the green one overlooking the university. Each room has its own double bed and its own sofa bed. Plus a separate kitchen with dining area, an entrance room and a bathroom. 64 m² that feel like a real apartment — because that is what it is.

Up to seven guests, four proper sleeping options, ideal for two families, two couples or a group travelling together but wanting to sleep separately. If you are looking for this much space with separate bedrooms, right next to the university, you will hardly find anything comparable in Graz.

What makes the blue flat special

Two rooms, two worlds.

The blue bedroom faces the garden — quiet, secluded, furnished in warm blue tones. The green bedroom looks out onto the university entrance — lively, decorated in rich green tones. Two colour worlds under one roof, each room with its own character. You will only find this at GrazRentals.

The highest capacity in the house.

Up to seven guests — the only other apartment at GrazRentals that matches this is the orange flat (at 72 m², our largest apartment). Four sleeping options across two rooms: two double beds and two sofa beds. Enough space so that nobody sleeps on the floor.

Separate kitchen with dining area.

The kitchen is its own room — this is where you eat, cook and watch TV. Fully equipped with oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. You can cook while someone is still sleeping in the bedroom. The Sorger bakery right in the building provides fresh rolls in the morning.

Entrance room — space to arrive.

As in the white, orange and golden flat, there is an entrance room here too. With seven guests carrying luggage, jackets and shoes, this is not a luxury but a necessity.

Frequently asked questions about the blue flat

How many guests can the blue flat accommodate?

Up to seven. Four sleeping options across two bedrooms: blue room (double bed 180×200 + sofa bed 160×200) and green room (double bed 180×200 + sofa bed 140×200). Travel cot and high chair on request.

Are the bedrooms separate?

Yes — two separate rooms, each with its own door. The blue bedroom is on the garden side (quiet), the green one faces the university. Ideal when two families or two couples are travelling together.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. Its own room with oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (capsule + filter) and dining area.

Is there a lift?

No. The blue flat is on the 1st floor, accessible via a wide staircase. For guests with limited mobility, we recommend the yellow or white flat — both on the ground floor.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not in the blue flat. Pets are welcome exclusively in the yellow flat.

What does the final cleaning cost?

€80 incl. VAT. All additional costs are listed transparently on our amenities page.
