The red flat is our family apartment. We have furnished it so that parents with small children can settle in from the very first moment — without having to rearrange or organise anything. A children's bed is already permanently set up in the bedroom.

46 m², four sleeping options for adults plus children's bed, travel cot available on request, living kitchen with dining area, and a separate toilet in addition to the bathroom. Both rooms face the university entrance (RESOWI centre) — bright and lively during the day, quiet in the evening. For families, couples and guests who appreciate space and old-world character.

What makes the red flat special

The family apartment in the house.

The children's bed (85×160) is permanently set up in the bedroom. A travel cot and high chair for the very little ones are available on request. Anyone who travels with children knows: their own little bed — that is what children particularly love.

Directly opposite the university.

Both rooms look out onto the entrance of the RESOWI — the University of Graz. Ideal for parents visiting their children at university, for guest professors or for anyone who values short distances in the morning.

Old-world character with a separate toilet.

The red flat has its own unique layout: living kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet up a few quaint steps. A charming old-building detail of this listed heritage house that you will not find in any hotel.

Living kitchen with dining area.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The dining area is part of the living kitchen — enough space to cook and eat together in the evening. The Sorger bakery right in the building provides the start to your day.

Frequently asked questions about the red flat

How many guests can the red flat accommodate?

Four adults plus one infant. In the bedroom: a box-spring double bed 180×200 plus a permanent children's bed 85×160. In the living kitchen: a sofa bed 160×200. For larger groups, we recommend the orange and blue flat (up to 7 guests) or the golden flat (up to 6 guests).

Is there a children's bed?

Yes — a permanent children's bed (85×160) is already set up in the bedroom. In addition, we can provide a travel cot for babies and a high chair. Please let us know when booking.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Yes. Oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (capsule + filter). Plus a dining area in the living kitchen. Perfectly suited for families who enjoy cooking in the evening.

Is there a lift?

No. The red flat is on the 1st floor, accessible via a wide staircase. Inside the apartment, there are a few steps up to the separate toilet. For guests with limited mobility or pushchairs, we recommend the yellow or white flat — both on the ground floor.

What does the final cleaning cost?

€65 incl. VAT. All additional costs are listed transparently on our amenities page.
