The entrance room makes the difference.
The white flat has something most holiday apartments lack: a spacious entrance room with glass walls — you can see right through to the bedroom. You come in, put down shoes and luggage and have direct access to the bathroom and bedroom from there. It sounds obvious — at 41 m² it is not.
Ground floor — no stairs.
Like the yellow flat directly opposite, the white flat is on the ground floor. Just two steps at the main entrance and no step at the apartment door. For guests with luggage, pushchairs or limited mobility, the most convenient option in the house.
Compact yet spacious.
41 m² may not sound like much — but the white flat feels larger than it is. The light colours, the thoughtful layout and the generous entrance hall give the apartment an airiness that keeps our regular guests coming back. It is an apartment where everything is just right.
Work and live.
A small desk in the bedroom, fast WiFi and a quiet view of the inner garden — the white flat is also well suited for longer stays where you need to work during the day. Like a hotel room with a home office, but without hotel prices.

How many guests can the white flat accommodate?
Four guests. Double bed 180×200 and pull-out sofa bed 160×200, both in the bedroom. For larger groups, we recommend the orange and blue flat (up to 7 guests) or the golden flat (up to 6 guests).
Are there separate sleeping areas?
No — the bed and sofa bed are in the same room, similar to the green flat. If you need separate bedrooms, the blue, orange and golden flat with two bedrooms each are a better fit.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not in the white flat. Pets are welcome exclusively in the yellow flat.
Is there a lift?
The white flat is on the ground floor — no lift needed. There are two steps at the main entrance.

l can highly recommend this property. We stayed in the White Flat. The pictures do not this property justice. Also it is very rare to find accommodation which provides secure parking in an enclosed garden so if you have children you can not get better.
We also enjoyed walking to the center of Graz. Didn’t notice the distance which is not far at all. Secondly there are lots of bars/cafe shops and bakery at your doorstep. For us the location was perfect. We would definitely return.
