The yellow flat combines what makes the Markhof special: old walls, warm colours and thoughtful comfort. The kitchen is built beneath a historic vaulted arch — an original that you will not find in any other holiday apartment in Graz. An ancient farmhouse table serves as the dining table, an old food store cupboard as the wardrobe.

42 m², four sleeping options, ground floor, pets welcome. The bedroom faces the quiet inner courtyard, the living area looks out onto the entrance of the university. For couples, small families and guests with a dog who prefer old-world charm over a hotel room.

What makes the yellow flat special

The vaulted kitchen.

The kitchen of the yellow flat is built beneath an original vaulted arch — solid masonry that has stood for over 170 years. Fully equipped with oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Plus an old farmhouse table you will not want to leave. You do not cook like this in any hotel.

Ground floor — no stairs.

The yellow flat is on the ground floor. No upper floor, no steps to the apartment door. For guests with luggage, pushchairs or limited mobility, the most straightforward choice in the house — together with the white flat directly opposite.

Pets welcome.

The yellow flat is the only apartment at GrazRentals where pets are allowed. Please let us know when booking — higher cleaning fees may apply. The large shared garden right outside the door makes it easy for four-legged guests.

Two worlds in one apartment.

The bedroom faces the courtyard of the villa — quiet, green, sheltered. The living area looks out onto the entrance of the University of Graz. Lively during the day, quiet in the evening. Ideal for guests who need to get to the university but still want to sleep peacefully.
