How to book
Booking information
- Days marked in red are not available.
- Two or more consecutive free days can be booked.
- The latest booking time is two days before check-in.
- During certain periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year) a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.
- Trailer parking: €20/day (please specify in advance). Lorries are not permitted.
Prices, long-term stays and payment methods
Our prices are dynamically managed and adjust to demand. The usual range is between €60 and €180 per night, depending on the apartment, number of guests and period. During events in Graz, prices can rise above €250. The booking price includes everything: final cleaning, parking for 1 car/motorbike, tourism tax. From the third guest, a surcharge of €10 per person per night applies.

Payment is possible immediately by credit card or Klarna (via Stripe), PayPal, or alternatively by invoice and bank transfer.

Cancellation and trip interruption insurance
It can happen that a booked stay needs to be cancelled or cut short. We therefore recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. In the event of a cancellation or trip interruption, you will receive a cancellation invoice from us that you can submit directly to the insurance company. Take out insurance online here.
