La limpieza del apartamento, los utensilios y el mobiliario, la distribución de los cuartos (entrada a salón-cocina, cuarto con baño-ducha-lavadora a la izquierda y wc a la derecha subiendo unas escaleras). La ubicación es perfecta (para esta zona de la ciudad), a 5 minutos andando hay Spar, otro a 10 minutos y restaurantes y cafeterías dado que es zona universitaria. el sistema de acceso es con códigos que (aunque hay que descifrar cómo funciona todo), es perfecto. El silencio en el edificio, la calefacción, la wifi, la disponibilidad de la cocina y nevera, plancha, secador de pelo, ollas, sartenes, horno, calentador de agua,... y el detalle de la Nespresso. El cuarto de baño siempre estaba caliente y la lavadora-secadora disponible. Tanto la cama como la ropa y las almohadas, impecables y muy cómodas. Felicitamos a la chica de la limpieza por lo cuidado del piso. Es la novena vez que me alojo en Graz en un periodo de seis años y ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido. la disponibilidad de garaje para aparcar el coche es algo que me ha servido para decantarme por este alojamiento. Detalles muy cuidados: decoración y mobiliario que aunque sencillo, resulta de utilidad. Hay enchufes por todas partes de modo que no hay problema de turnos para cargar portátiles o móviles. Sobre la mesa, al llegar, están todas las instrucciones que se puedan necesitar. Ojalá otros inquilinos cuiden el alojamiento, porque me gustaría volver al mismo sitio en mi próxima visita.

The blue apartment is terrific and has a great location in Graz. The apartment is very spacious and clean and there were great inclusions which we appreciated. The location is in an interesting area with good shops and restaurants nearby. Access is good. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you.

The green flat is located wonderfully for seeing the sights in Graz. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Gemütlich, sauber, zum Wohlfühlen, unkomplizierter und flexibler Gastgeber. Ich war schon das 2. Mal dort und komme definitiv wieder. Der Check-in ist einfach.

Die Green Flat war toll. Hell, blitzsauber, schöne Details, aber am meisten gefallen hat mit das super gemütliche Bett mit den vielen Kissen. Wie im Himmel. Vielen Dank

Perfekte Wohnung. Blitzsauber, super schnelle Kommunikation, die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Das habe ich bisher selten so angetroffen. Der private Innenhof mit Parkplatz ist Luxus! :)

I was for just one night in the yellow flat but it was a delight to stay in it. The apartment itself has a great design and very clean. I was able to find everything I need, even the kitchen had a variety of appliances if I ever wanted to cook something. The location has a lot of useful bus connections all around the city and is just a few minutes walking distance away from the core of the city of Graz. In the area I was able to find lots of nice cafes and stores with a nice student feel. The host himself was very helpful and available when something was needed. That being said, not much was needed since everything was already great without his help. Thank you for the nice stay and maybe see you next time!

Ganz neue Wohnung - alles neu, tipp-topp und geschmacklich super-schön eingerichtet... - alles da, was man so braucht und noch Einiges mehr! Wunderbare Location, direkt bei der Uni und ein Katzensprung in die Stadt, was will man mehr? Netter Gastgeber und sehr gute Kommunikation. Summa summarum: Äußerst empfehlenswert! :)
