Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll und von der Lage her super. Die kontaktlose "Übergabe" war neu für uns aber man wird vorher schriftlich so gut informiert, so dass es hier keine Probleme gab. Auch bei Rückfragen kommt die Antwort sehr zügig. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Die zentral gelegene, ruhige und geraeumige Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt absolut nichts, um sich nicht wie "daheim" zu fuehlen. Danke fuer die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Excellent stay in Graz! The apartment is very comfortable, extremely clean and the check-in was also easy. Location is excelent, very close to the heart of the city, close to the University. The host welcomed us, a simple but nice gesture, with a local product.

We had a great stay in the Blue Flat. The accommodation was finished to a very high standard and was very clean. Check in and check out was simple. We would recommend Posaune for beer, pizza and pfandl and Sakana for Japanese/ sushi. Thank you!

Es hat uns wundervoll in der Wohnung gefallen!, jederzeit gerne wieder. Die Betten bequem, genug Platz zum gemeinsam aufhalten, super Lage und gute Beschreibung der Benutzung. Wir hatten im Zugangscode einen kleinen Zahlendreher, aber es war sofort jemand erreichbar und das Problem gleich gelöst!

Top Lage und Ausstattung, die Wohnung hatte wirklich alles, was man braucht. Gute Matratzen (im Bett) und auch ein Ventilator. Nachts war es super ruhig, nur am Morgen nahm dann der Berufsverkehr deutlich zu. Wenn man zu viert reist, schlafen zwei Personen im Wohn-/Essbereich auf der umfunktionierten Couch und um nachts auf Toilette zu gehen, muss man durch dieses Zimmer - aber als Familie kein Problem. Vielen Dank!

Jó helyen van, nem drága, kényelmes és ragyogóan tiszta. Minden elektronikusan zajlik, a szállásadóval nem is találkoztunk, aki szereti az ilyesmit, mint pl. én, annak ez ideális. Ingyenes parkolás! A szállás a központhoz közel van, nagyon csendes utcában, gyalog elérhető a belváros, ha meg utazni akartunk, a ház előtt indul a busz, a villamos két utcányira van. Ha nem akartunk kimozdulni, közel van egy Spar, és az egyetem miatt egy csomó kávézó és étterem. A szállás nagyon hangulatos, és felfoghatatlanul tiszta, szerintem még életemben nem voltam ennyire precízen karbantartott helyen. A szállásadó és a takarítószemélyzet előtt is le a kalappal. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a melegvíz nem fogy el, a wifi bivalyerős. És mindez úgy, hogy kifejezetten nem drága. Ha valaha még jövök Grazba, eszembe nem jut máshova menni.

Super nice, huge and clean apartment The apartment was really comfortable and clean, we had super good sleeps while we are very ‘sensitive sleepers’. They also provided a cot for our baby, which was also really nice. Check-in and out is really easy as you get a detailed guide and you can do it by yourself whenever it works for you. Thank you, we will definitely come back!

Un emplacement idéal, des hôtes discrets, mais totalement disponibles si besoin. L'appartement est grand et très bien aménagé. Et la boulangerie au coins du bâtiment est un plus! Excellent séjour.
