Sehr schönes, grosses, sauberes Apartment in super Lage. Man erreicht zu Fuss in ca. 10-15 min. das Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe sehr gemütliche Restaurants, Cafes und Bars. Toll: Bäckerei mit Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Erdgeschoß!

My family enjoyed their stay in this little apartment. It's conveniently located and has all the amenities you could need, including a baby bed and chair upon request. We especially enjoyed the proximity to cafés (one literally around the corner if you were in a pinch) and the park. Would stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the "Red Apartment." I had a conference at the University of Graz, in the Resowi Centrum building, which is right across the street, so could not be more convenient. There are also two buses nearby that go direct to and from the train station, as well as into the city center.

Our stay at the white flat was great. The apartment is even more stylish and beautiful in person. The bed is like a soft cloud and everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. Lots of cooking equipment and basic things like tea, some coffee and sparkling water were provided. We travelled with our 9-month old baby and were really pleased with the cot and high chair provided. The cot was comfortable and safe, the high chair even came with a cushion insert. There was also plastic cutlery and plates in the kitchen and a stick blender to make baby food. Another bonus was that the “decor” was very baby-safe. There was hardly anything she could break which we needed to move out of the way. Definitely recommend the White Flat for a family with an infant. The location is amazing. The “Uni Viertel” is very quiet and green and lots of restaurants, cafes and bakeries are within a 3-4 minute walk. Definitely try the Martin Auer cafe on Zinzendorfgasse while you’re there. If you’re travelling with a car, the gated car park is a huge bonus.

Ein wunderschönes und sehr sauberes Appartement, in dem es einem an nichts fehlt! Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen zentralen Gegend. Die Gastgeber haben immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und waren uns gegenüber sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

A stylish and clean place located next door to the university, which is what I needed as a teacher on a mobility. The parking space inside a gated courtyard was also great. All communication was swift and we would definitely recommend the place to anyone!

L"appartamento è molto carino, pulito, funzionale, bene arredato ottimamente organizzato, situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e signorile da cui si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il parco ed il centro di Graz.

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Graz verlebt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Check-in reibungslos. Alles super sauber. Wir haben in der Wohnung gefrühstückt, alles da, was man braucht. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation. Die Lage ist perfekt. Schöner Spaziergang durch den Park in die Stadt oder Bus vor der Haustür. Nette Lokale in der Nähe, Sakura! Sehr ruhige Lage und doch mitten drin. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Der perfekte Ort, um völlig zu entspannen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Gebiet. Sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, es gibt wirklich alles was man bräuchten kann. Alle die Produkte sind eco-bio (Shampoo, Geschirrspüler usw). Check in ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen zu klein für 4 Personen, aber für kurze Zeit geht es. Echt top!
