Ganz neue Wohnung - alles neu, tipp-topp und geschmacklich super-schön eingerichtet... - alles da, was man so braucht und noch Einiges mehr! Wunderbare Location, direkt bei der Uni und ein Katzensprung in die Stadt, was will man mehr? Netter Gastgeber und sehr gute Kommunikation. Summa summarum: Äußerst empfehlenswert! :)

The place is located in an extremely nice and quiet area closeby university, supermarket, pubs and generally the city center, Andreas is extremely available and will help you with figuring out everything in relation to your staying, He is helpful to the point that he provided me with toothpaste when I couldn't travel with my own one and with such a short notice! The place itself is clearly constantly taken care of, clean, cozy and intimate both in case you go there by yourself or with your partner. Only love for Andeas :)

The listing and description online are very accurate. The apartment is located in a residential area of the city. It’s in a walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit in Graz. We appreciated having had a secure place to park our hire car, but thanks to our location we did not require the car in Graz. The apartment is cosy and welcoming. All as described online, the checking in process was smooth. Communication with Andreas was seamless, he responds quickly and everything was uncomplicated. We’d recommend the apartment to any friends or family wishing to visit Graz!

Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato a pochi passi dal centro di Graz, arredato con gusto, silenzioso e confortevole. La comunicazione con Andreas è stata sempre veloce. Sicuramente quando tornerò a visitare questa città soggiornerò nuovamente qui!

The place is amazing. We had a long stay with our son (1Y2M) and there were all the appliances and stuff that one could need so there is no place for worries. The apartment is very cozy and sparkling clean. Very close to the old town. Also very nice parks in a walking distance. There are some nice places just around the corner - bakery, pub, grocery shop and so on. I recommend the place to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Graz.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne bald wieder! Die Unterkunft ist tolle gelegen, in allen Hinsichten, von der Nachtruhe und guter Luft der Schubertstrasse , hin bis zu den Lokalen und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die alle zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Die Heizung ist auch sehr gut, im kalten Winter - ein Traum. Ein Highlight war auch das alte Gewölbe das sich durch die ganze Wohnung zieht. Das grosse Doppelbett - super bequem!! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Frühstück sehr gut im Cafe direkt im Haus oder im Cafe ein paar Meter entfernt bei der Mensa. In der Wohnung alles bestens und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Lage sehr nahe am Stadtpark, Innenstadt und Uhrturm. Lokalitäten in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend vorhanden.

Der Bäcker ist direkt ums Eck und die Wohnung bietet alles was man so benötigt. Super Wohnung und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da wohnt man viel lieber als in einem Standard-Hotel, weil es individueller ist.

Eine wunderbar zentrale Lage! Nur 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptplatz (Rathaus) entfernt! ...und dabei sooo ruhig in der Wohnung! Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung im Innenbereich - aber bei der Lage benötigt man das Auto kaum! Großes, sehr bequemes Doppelbett und: ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke im selben Gebäude! Es ist reichlich Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden - kleine Anregung: vielleicht könnte man die Ausstattung noch durch eine Schüssel z.B. für einen Salat erweitern ;-)

Das Appartement war sehr groß und sauber. Das Bett war ebenfalls sehr bequem/groß und die Ausstattung des Appartements war sehr stimmig - man fühlte sich schnell wie zu Hause. Die Tür-Öffnung mittels Code hat sehr gut funktioniert. Es waren zudem Ansprechpersonen angegeben, welche auch erreichbar waren. Diese waren auch sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Mein Auto stand sicher im Hof - was mir persönlich auch sehr wichtig war. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen! Kurz vor der Anreise, erhielt ich auch eine sehr konkrete Beschreibung über den Standort des Appartement und über die Öffnung der Appartement-Tür! Alles war wirklich gut vorbereitet!
