Great apartment.. It's clean stylish and in a great location.... Also a great price... Me and my wife can totally recommend this apartment it's in a great location right by the university and just 10- 15 walking min from the old center we for sure will come again.. Unbeatable price for this kind of apartment!

A marvelous place to stay, very close to groceries, cafes, the Schlossberg, and city center. Andreas was a great host and very responsive before and during our stay! Very clean and comfortable! Will be back if we’re ever back in Graz

Thank you Andreas for hosting us at your apartment in Graz. We stayed a week ago in Graz in the centre of the city, and this time needed parking, so your place was perfect. It was exactly as pictured, maybe even a bit bigger, perfect size for my husband and I and our teenaged son. Great to park right outside the unit. Easy instructions to follow to drive in through gates and to self-check-in. Love the decor. Great to have the washer/dryer combo. Very comfortable beds (my son says the best of this whole trip for the pull out couch!). We found the botanical gardens nearby which were lovely, and not a long walk to the main part of Graz. Would stay again if in Graz again.

Sehr saubere und toll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer Top Lage zur Universtät. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Andreas sowie der Check In waren sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Good apartments, very nice and clean. Отличные апартаменты, останавливались на 3 дня, все было супер, внутри чисто, оформлено очень красиво. Есть внутренняя парковка.

Wir durften die Wohnung von Andreas für zwei Nächte nutzen und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung ist stylish, sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und man fühlt sich dort gleich wohl. Die Betten sind mega bequem. Das Check-in ist perfekt beschrieben und ganz einfach. Im gleichen Gebäude ist eine tolle Bäckerei, perfekt zum Frühstücken. Die Bus-Haltestellen sind in der Nähe und man ist schnell im Zentrum. Die Wohnung von Andreas ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einer tollen, zentralen Lage! Viele kleine Cafés und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Wir haben alles zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad unternommen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Wir können die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung von Andreas uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sie hat gute Vibes. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut es gibt sogar einen Erste Hilfe Kasten! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt viel Stauraum. Die Lage ebenfalls toll: Zentral (Uni-Viertel) und trotzdem ruhig und grün. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.

Great accommodation with a real homely feel to the apartment. Both myself and partner felt it was very clean, well located and safe. There was little noise during the evening and the mattress was really comfortable. There is also a local bakery just outside the flat which did some great food. Great local bars/restaurants. Local attractions are also nearby. Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and would 100% recommend.

Eine sehr nett durchdachte Wohnung in Toplage direkt neben der Hauptuni. Zwei sehr schön große Schlafzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche mit gemütlichem Ess-Treff-Platz und Bad mit Klo und Dusche und Waschmaschine. Alles da was man für ein Wochenende in Graz brauchen kann. Check-in funktionierte wunderbar, waren sehr froh, dass keine Schlüssel zum Verlieren da waren.
