Tolles Appartement, moderne Einrichtung, groß, sehr sauber, vollständig und durchdacht (Ladekabel für alle gängigen Geräte) eingerichtet von der Waschmaschine bis zum Bügelbrett. Parkplatz im grünen Innenhof. Schöne moderne Küche mit wertigen Geräten, schlüsselloses Zutrittssystem.

Tolle Lage...super organisiert...top ausgestattet...wir waren rundum mehr als zufrieden und wollen auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Ein königlicher Aufenthalt!! Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Der Bäcker im Haus ist ein Plus. Sicherer Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Graz zu erkunden. Das Einchecken mit dem Türcode hat super geklappt. Überhaupt fanden wir das Schließsystem der Wohnung und des Hauses sehr gut und sicher. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

We decided to celebrate New Year in Graz and had an amazing stay thanks to Graz Rentals! We stayed at Orange apartment and the first thought when we arrived was: “It’s just perfect”. Everything was on the highest level: easy check-in, location, design of the apartment and its cleanliness. The apartment is very bright with many windows. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Recommended 100%.

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and amenities. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a well-stocked kitchen and comfy bedding. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Die Wohnung ist atmosphärisch, sehr gut geschnitten und voll ausgestattet. Sie zeichnet sich darüber hinaus durch eine tolle Lage aus (ruhig, direkt an der Universität, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Kneipen; das Stadtzentrum ist in 15 min fußläufig zu erreichen). Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt verbracht und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

We stayed in the Orange apartment. Our first impression was the cleanliness and brightness with all the large windows. Beds were very comfortable and good quality for the bed linens and towels. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and even had a mixer so we could make cookies to bring to Christmas dinner. Being from the US, I was grateful for the washer and dryer! Bakeries, small grocery store and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Communication with the staff was excellent. One final thank you….you had a converter for use and came in handy as ours broke while here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Siamo ritornati in uno degli appartamenti di Gudrun,Andreas&Katja dopo la bella esperienza di giugno ed è stata una piacevole riconferma. Le istruzioni per l'accesso alla struttura sono state chiare e precise, ottima la posizione, in una zona tranquilla e con il centro della città a pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, confortevole, ben riscaldato, ben accessoriato. Piacevoli i profumi di pane e dolci che al mattino provengono dalla ottima panetteria che si trova sotto l'appartamento I proprietari sono sempre stati pronti a rispondere alle nostre richieste di informazioni. Torneremo sicuramente

Ausgesprochen saubere Wohnung. Sehr professionell verwaltet. Auf unsere Bedürfnisse mit 2 Kleinkindern wurde super eingegangen! Die Lage ist auch ausgezeichnet - wenn man in Graz studiert hat fühlt man sich gleich wieder in seine Studentenzeit zurückversetzt, wenn man morgens über den Campus spaziert.
