„Alles piekfijn in orde" . Een geweldig mooi interieur op een super locatie. Locatie op korte wandelafstand van de binnenstad. Zeker de moeite waard om te huren bij het bezoek van Graz. Hebben vooral de oude stad en een beetje van Lend bezocht. Echt de moeite, een geweldige groene stad en alles op wandelafstand. Schitterend oud stadsgedeelte en veel bezienswaardigheden.

However could you improve upon this experience? The check-in was smooth. The flat was spacious, clean and inviting, all in a top notch area. The kitchen was superbly stocked. I work in a kitchen store and wanted for nothing! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was wonderful having the bakery right below for daily fresh baked goods. There was some traffic noise in the mornings when we had the windows open. Wish we could have stayed longer.

An excellent place to stay! Comfortable and perfectly clean, great parking, well connected by public transport, close to the shops, close to the parks, safe and beautiful neighborhood. Do not miss the botanical garden, it is just around the corner!

Fabulous white apartment, very clean spacious and well equipped. In excellent location close to bakeries and shops, coffee/ cafes. Bus stops literally 3 minutes walk, fab coffee shop 4 minutes walk. Very quiet , good communication and help from owners. Definitely would re visit

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll und von der Lage her super. Die kontaktlose "Übergabe" war neu für uns aber man wird vorher schriftlich so gut informiert, so dass es hier keine Probleme gab. Auch bei Rückfragen kommt die Antwort sehr zügig. Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Die zentral gelegene, ruhige und geraeumige Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt absolut nichts, um sich nicht wie "daheim" zu fuehlen. Danke fuer die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Excellent stay in Graz! The apartment is very comfortable, extremely clean and the check-in was also easy. Location is excelent, very close to the heart of the city, close to the University. The host welcomed us, a simple but nice gesture, with a local product.

We had a great stay in the Blue Flat. The accommodation was finished to a very high standard and was very clean. Check in and check out was simple. We would recommend Posaune for beer, pizza and pfandl and Sakana for Japanese/ sushi. Thank you!

Es hat uns wundervoll in der Wohnung gefallen!, jederzeit gerne wieder. Die Betten bequem, genug Platz zum gemeinsam aufhalten, super Lage und gute Beschreibung der Benutzung. Wir hatten im Zugangscode einen kleinen Zahlendreher, aber es war sofort jemand erreichbar und das Problem gleich gelöst!

Top Lage und Ausstattung, die Wohnung hatte wirklich alles, was man braucht. Gute Matratzen (im Bett) und auch ein Ventilator. Nachts war es super ruhig, nur am Morgen nahm dann der Berufsverkehr deutlich zu. Wenn man zu viert reist, schlafen zwei Personen im Wohn-/Essbereich auf der umfunktionierten Couch und um nachts auf Toilette zu gehen, muss man durch dieses Zimmer - aber als Familie kein Problem.
