The communication with the host was great even if we didn't meet in person. Thanks again for everything. The apartment is very well located, close to the city center. We could very easily walk to all the points of interest as we usually do in every location. The free private parking right next to the apartment was a huge plus for us. Inside the apartment we had everything we needed and the temperature was just right even during hot summer days. The location is very quiet even if it is situated on the ground floor. The pastry shop near the gate was really useful.

Très bel appartement, parfaitement propre. Équipements au top. Machine à laver/sèche linge, netflix et plein de dvd !!! Situé accolé à une boulangerie parfaite pour un petit déjeuner de qualité. A 10 min à pied du centre. Parking réservé gratuit sur place. Quartier calme. Instructions pour l’arrivée autonome très claires, très facile. Je recommande +++

Très bon séjour dans votre appartement. Très propre, calme, bien placé à 2 pas d’une supérette. Le parking sécurisé devant la porte est un gros avantage.

Eine sehr schön sanierte und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die mit sehr bequemen Doppelbetten und praktischen Schlafsofas ausgestattet ist. In der Küche ist das allermeiste vorhanden, was es zum Kochen braucht. Fürs Kochen selbst ist hingegen nicht sehr viel Platz vorhanden, was aber bei einem Aufenthalt von paar wenigen Tagen ok ist. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und zugleich attraktiv gelegen (Lokale und Geschäfte an der Zinzendorfgasse) und vom Stadtzentrum und vom Bahnhof aus mit ÖV einfach zu erreichen. Die Wegbeschreibung und die Hinweise zum Zahlenschloss sowie zur Wohnungsausstattung lassen keine Fragen offen und das Ein- und Auschecken äusserst unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. 

Mooi groot appartement met alle voorzieningen op loopafstand binnenstad. Pluspunt inclusief parkeerplek. In het centrum is betaald parkeren. Spar en diverse eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Een echte aanrader!!

Our experience was literally perfect. Andreas was a great host, as he informed us in detail about everything and even offered us to leave our luggage after we checked out. The apartment itself is very cosy, modern and chic and it made us feel like home. The host provided us with everything one would need and way more. The location is perfect, as the apartment is situated near the city center and almost everything is reachable by foot and connected with public transportation. I highly recommend this place.

The Red Flat is a very stylishly refurbished small flat with everything that one needs for a short stay, including a parking space. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre which takes you through the lively university quarter with lots of restaurants and shops to use as required. The flat was beautifully clean and completely met the very high hopes and expectations which I had. So I recommend the flat without hesitation!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig. Sie ist blitzsauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Boxspringbetten sind traumhaft zum Schlafen, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Check in und check out waren total unkompliziert und die Kommunikativen mit dem Gastgeber war einfach. Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen! Danke für das schöne Graz Wochenende!

Andreas’ apartment is terrific and has a great location in Graz. The apartment is very spacious and clean and there were great inclusions which we appreciated. The location is in an interesting area with good shops and restaurants nearby. Access is good. We really enjoyed staying there. Thank you. Gerry and Dagmar and our two grandchildren.
