A really lovely and stylish place to stay near central Graz. There is an excellent cafe in the same building. The apartment is well located and within walking distance of the main square and the town hall. The apartment was clean and new, everything worked well for us and the two bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was modern. The security worked well, it made things simple not having to remember a key!! We have friend in Graz so went by their recommendations for sightseeing, but I did download the ‘sight run’ app, which takes you on a guided 5k run through the city, which I recommend for runners, but it’s also possible to walk the route, which takes you from the Rathaus along the river, past the opera house and back to the start. Quite informative. Thank you Andreas and team!

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (2 Jahre)) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Kommunikation ging super schnell und Andreas war sehr hilfsbereit. Leider haben wir uns nicht gesehen, der Check-in lief aber auch so perfekt. Wir haben die Wohnung bereits weiter empfohlen und werden beim nächsten Grazbesuch auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.... Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit, die wir auch dank der Wohnung in Graz hatten.

We would like to thank the host for the wonderful apartment. The apartment was spotless and beautiful, not too far from the city centre. We stayed with kids and cooked at home. The kitchen had the perfect size withe all necessary tools. We definitely recommend the host! It was easy to communicate with him.

Top Lage, schöne Anlage innerhalb eines parkähnlichen Gartens, Wohnung ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll, sowie überkomplett ausgestattet - nix fehlt :-)

Gemütliches Apartment in Universitätsviertel! Wir waren mit allem zufrieden, als Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden, war die Wohnung wunderbar. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend sogar um Frühs Brötchen zu backen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war absolut problemlos. Ich kann das Airbnb nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich genau so wie auf den Bildern der Anzeige. Sehr positiv ist das Farbkonzept und die Liebe zum Detail in Einrichtung ect. Wohnung war sauber, genügend Geschirr usw. Parkplätze im Innenhof sind in so einer Stadt wie Graz natürlich ein Schmankerl. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Diese ganz kurz getroffen. Während des Aufenthalts hat man seine Ruhe, kann sich bei Anliegen aber jederzeit melden und bekommt dann Hilfe. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen lieben Dank!
