The green flat is our smallest apartment at 34 m² and many of our guests are particularly fond of it. We furnished it the way we ourselves like to stay in apartments when we travel. With everything you need and nothing that gets in the way.
Every window of the green flat faces the green inner courtyard of Villa Markhof. No street noise, no university bustle. Two sleeping options and an entrance room that you share only with the red flat. For solo travellers, couples and guests who want to find peace and quiet for a few days or even weeks, this apartment is ideal.

What makes the green flat special
The quietest apartment in the house.
Every window faces the inner garden. Guests who sleep here sleep through the night — we hear this time and again.
Own entrance room, own atmosphere.
The green flat shares an enclosed entrance room with the red flat, so there is no open stairwell area.
Studio character.
The double bed and sofa bed are in the same room. Like a carefully planned boutique apartment: compact, but never cramped. Comfortable for two and still perfectly usable for three.
Boutique kitchen.
We deliberately kept the kitchen of the green flat compact: two-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine. Perfectly sufficient for breakfast, lunch and easy-going evenings — and the Sorger bakery right in the building makes it easy to start the day well. If you enjoy cooking on a larger scale: the blue, red, orange flat and golden flat offer more cooking space.

Self-check-in from 3:00 pm via code lock — no key, no waiting. The "green flat" parking space in the courtyard is included. All information on getting here and finding your apartment will be sent to you automatically by email after booking.
Frequently asked questions about the green flat
How many guests can the green flat accommodate?
Two proper sleeping options — double bed and sofa bed — for up to 3 guests. For larger groups, we recommend the orange and blue flat (up to 7 guests) or the golden flat (up to 6 guests).
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
The kitchen is compact and well thought out, perfectly sufficient for simple cooking. There is no oven or large fridge — if you need that, the other flats are a better fit.
Is there a lift?
No. The green flat is on the 1st floor, accessible via a wide staircase. For guests with limited mobility, we recommend the yellow or white flat — both on the ground floor.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not in the green flat. Pets are welcome exclusively in the yellow flat.
What does the final cleaning cost?
€65 incl. VAT. All additional costs are listed transparently on our amenities page.
