This completely newly refurbished flat is located in an 1849 listed building, part of an old estate with a large park + mansion in the middle of the city and in the mansion district of Graz. The flat has been tastefully furnished and instantly makes you feel at home. 

The flat is directly opposite of the entrance to the ReSoWi Building (justice, economics and social sciences faculties) of the Karl Franzen’s University. 

The green flat offers a large luxury hotel double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a cozy convertible sofa (160cm x 200cm) - both in once room, pretty fabrics, warm room colors with impressive tapestry and a very cozy seating corner in the kitchen. Nothing is missing  -  it’s a place to arrive, feel at home and relax after your busy day.  

Both rooms have views of the old mansion "Markhof" one of the oldest in Graz with its large garden. The fully equipped newly fitted kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay - and the comfortable sitting area will help you relax during your evenings. The bathroom is also new and there you will find the washing drying machine combination. The whole flat is furnished with style and is also practical - ideal for couples, families with younger and older children and if requested also a cot for babies or a highchair + your can also use one dedicated secure parking space

Please bear in mind that there are three steps at the entrance of the house and that this flat is located on the first floor and only accessible via stairways.   

We only have keypads with electronic locks – so no need to worry about losing keys or late arrivals. Our neighborhood

You are in the middle of the University Hotspot - the Zinzendorfgasse:

5 minutes walking will get you to pubs, bars and restaurant catering towards students and some shops. The flat is located in the same house as a small bakery/ coffee shop.

Public transport (Busroute 31) is only two walking minutes away. The University of Art and Music, the city park (Stadtpark) and the recreational area Hilmteich/Leechwald are a 10 minute walk, the largest hospital (Landeskrankenhaus), the Technological University and the beautiful historic city center of Graz a 15 minute walk away.
