This newly refurbished apartment is located in a 1848 listed building in the middle of the university district. The flat has been tastefully furnished and instantly makes you feel at home. 

Location

The entrance to the ReSoWi Building (justice, economics and social sciences faculties) of the Karl Franzen’s University is directly opposite. The apartment is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at UNI, friends exploring Graz or families with up to 3 younger or two older children.

Kitchen-living room and bedroom

You will be welcomed by pretty fabrics, warm room colors, impressive tapestry and a cozy seating corner. In the bedroom you will find a large luxury double bed in hotel quality (180x200 cm) and a cozy smaller child bed (85x160 cm). The comfortable convertible sofa (180x200 cm) is located in the living room-kitchen. Nothing is missing - it’s a place to arrive, feel at home and relax after your busy day.
Both rooms have views towards the entrance of the ReSoWi building. The fully equipped newly fitted kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay – the dining table with its corner seat benches will help you relax during the evenings. The bathroom is also brand-new and there you will find the washing drying machine combination. The "red flat" has its own elevated WC – very fun to use! The whole flat is furnished with style, a secure parking space is included and if requested we also have a baby cot and a highchair for you.

Earliest check-in is 15:00, latest check-out is 10:00. We only have keypads with electronic locks – so no need to worry about losing keys or late arrivals. We will be sending you check-in information electronically before you arrive. Please read this carefully as we will not be around when you arrive - more about the check-in here.
Please bear in mind that there are three steps at the entrance of the house and that this flat is located on the first floor and only accessible via stairways.   

Our neighborhood

The University hotspot - the Zinzendorfgasse is only a 3 minutes walk away. There you will find pubs, restaurant catering towards students and some shops - more here. A small bakery/ coffee shop is in the same building. The University of Art and Music, the city park (Stadtpark) and the recreational area Hilmteich/Leechwald are a 10 minute walk, the largest hospital (Landeskrankenhaus), the Technological University and the beautiful historic city center of Graz a 15 minute walk away.
