Coronavirus (COVID-19) rules:
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the government's corona regulations also apply in our house. Currently there are no restriction on travels in Austria but FFP2 mask requirement apply in all stairwells in our house.

Prices:
Our prices are controlled by pricing software, so each day can have different prices. The price depends on the occupancy rate in Graz and that of our flats.
In general - the grazrentals prices are the cheapest on our website. But if you find cheaper prices of our apartments somewhere else - please send us a screenshot.
The latest booking time is 2 days before check-in. Only regular guests can book last minute by contacting us directly.
On request there are special prices for long-term or regular guests.
