Prices:
Our prices are controlled by pricing software, so each day can have different prices. The price depends on the occupancy rate in Graz and that of our flats.
All costs such as tourism fee, tax, final cleaning and parking for one (1) car/motorcycle are included in our offered prices. Please inform us if you require further parking spaces for €25/day. Please always state the total number of people who will be staying in the apartment! In general there is an additional charge of €15 per person per night for each additional guest starting with the third guest. Furthermore, the Graz tourism fee is €2.5 per person and night. All of these amounts will be included in the final amount when booking online through our website.
The latest time to book an apartement is 2 days before check-in.

Please be sure to state the total number of people including any children who will be arriving.
- days highlighted in red are not available for booking
- two days or more without red marking are available for your booking
- we do not accept one day bookings
- during certain periods (e.g. Christmas, New Year) we only accept a minimum of 5 day bookings
