The orange flat is a beautiful, bright and newly renovated holiday apartment on the first floor of a listed outbuilding of an old Wilhelminian style villa right next to the main university of Graz.

The fully equipped apartment with impressive wallpaper, beautiful colors, fun lamps and a new bathroom will be a highlight of your visit to Graz. The perfectly equipped kitchen is also completely new and has a cozy seating area. Smart TV in two rooms and fast internet connects you with the world - nothing is missing. The kitchen and the living room offer an idyllic view of the quiet courtyard of the villa, one of the two bedrooms is very bright with large windows, but all bedrooms can be fully darkened. Beautiful furnishings including wardrobes, a washing machine dryer combination, iron and ironing board and much more make the apartment perfect for a longer stay. It is particularly important for us at grazrentals that you feel at home, cozy and welcome.

Cozy flair for families with children or for your business trip

The orange apartment is ideal for four guests but can comfortably sleep up to seven people.

In addition to two double beds in top hotel quality (180x200 cm), there is also a high end sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a pull out sleeping chair (80x190 cm) available. You can request a cot and high chair for small children. A free and secured car parkin space is also included.

We are completely contactless - instead of keys there are code locks, so you can check in and out at any time of day or night, with the earliest check-in time on the day of arrival being 3 p.m. and the latest check-out time on the day of departure being 10 a.m.

The ideal accommodation in Graz

The grazrental apartment complex is in a prime location with its entrance opposite the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences and Economics) at the Karl-Franzens University. With the green spaces of the university, the Leechwald, the Hilmteich, the city park and our own garden, our guests enjoy the recreational value of our location and the flair of the student quarter.
Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot with student bars and nice shops, is a 3-minute walk away. There is a bakery with a small coffee house in your own house, directly under the orange apartment. The nearest public transport can be reached on foot in three minutes  -  more here.
