Just a 3 minutes walk, also open on Sundays. A wonderful bakery with great coffee.

Typical Austrian Food like Salad with Pumpkin seed oil, the real Wienerschnitzel, the Viennese Tafelspitz and many more. The restaurant "Der Steirer" gets our big recommendation!

The Purberg is in a perfect location. You can drink coffee, eat a delicious meal, directly beside the Hilmteich in the mids of plants and flowers as the Purberg is based at the "Lederleitner", a well known garden center. All of this is only a 10 minute walk from your apartment.

The Tonkin opened newly and has excellen food. Its beside the Gernal Hospital (Landeskrankenhaus) and is a 12 minutes walk from your apartment.

A great walk, or even simpler just use the Schloßberglift/elevator and you find yourself in this restaurant with wonderful views and great food.

The pizzeria around the corner.  Thats where we sometimes get our Pizza.

Tribeka = Trink besseren Kaffee (drink better coffee - in German). They do know their stuff! The nearest to your apartment is 10 walking minutes away. Also great with kids - as they do not only serve coffee.

Very good Japanese food - tested and approved by us for you :-).

Spring rolls, sushi and make only a 10 minutes walk away.

Just a 10 minute walk from the apartments you can do a romantic boat trip followed by a picnic or some ice skating in the winter, great climbing experience for the whole family, a gentle walk around the lake or explore several jogging tracks through the forest?

Our Central/City Park is a 10 minutes walk from our apartments. If you walk into the city center you will automatically cross the it.  The park is about 22 hectar ( 55 acres) large, has about 2000 trees any of them really old and is a nature convervation area. Great to stroll through on the way to one of the coffee shops near the park.

The backyark mountain of Graz is 1445 meters (4740 feet) high and you can use several footpaths or the cable car to get to the  top. There you will be awared with beautiful views, good food, a summer toboggan run and the offer of many other activities.

Our own Harrods or Macie’s, with lots of style and tradition. Very recommendable and right in the middle of the city center.

A must for heathly shopping and spending a good time!

This is the highest underground slide worldwide (2nd highest overall). Its about 64 meters (210 feet tall) located in the heart of the Schloßberg. The 40 seconds of fun with up to 30km (19mph) of speed is a must for your kids. Parents give yourselfe a treat in the Aiola Coffee Shop beforehand.

Exhibitions, beautiful gardens, the largest and most significant baroque palace complex in Styria, within the city boundaries and easily to reach via tram line, which is only a 10 minute walk from your apartment..

The world's largest preserved historical armory displays some 32,000 objects from the 15^th to 18th century including armaments for knights even horses  - great also for families with kids.

The heart of Graz. With our own "Lisl" bell in the clock tower, a mountain climbing train, great views and good food.  Taking a walk up the Schlossberg is a must.

Use the Schlossbergbahn as its nice for young and old to be pulled up the hill with a steady increase of the views of Graz.

A brilliant trip for the whole family. Watch how chocolate is made, taste delicious flavors and experiment with the amount which fits inside you.

A highly recomendabel day trip to one of the most famous breeds of horses  - the white Lipizzaner.
