This completely newly refurbished - perfectly designed flat with vaulted ceiling is in an 1848 listed building which is part of an old estate named "Markhof". 
The flat is directly opposite of the entrance to the ReSoWi Building (justice, economics and social sciences faculties) of the Karl Franzen’s University. 

From the bedroom window you can see the “Markhof” one of the oldest mansions of Graz and its garden and from the kitchen-living room window you can see the entrance of the University. 

Stylish design, nice pictures, warm fabrics, old farm-house style antics with some modern elements, all tastefully put together. Nothing is missing – a comfortable flat to arrive, feel at home and to relax. A fully equipped fitted kitchen, directly below an arch; an antique farmhouse style dining table; an old storage cupboard as wardrobe; a washing machine/dryer combination plus modern lights……we have really tried very hard to make this flat practicable + cozy with lots of flair. It offers a luxury hotel standard double bed (180cm x 200cm) and a cozy convertible sofa (up to 180cm x 200cm) and if requested also a cot for babies and a highchair + you will be able to use one dedicated secure parking space.

We only have keypads with electronic locks – so no need to worry about losing keys or late arrivals. Our neighborhood

You are in the middle of the University Hotspot - the Zinzendorfgasse:

5 minutes walking will get you to pubs, bars and restaurant catering towards students and some shops. The flat is located in the same house as a small bakery/ coffee shop.

Public transport (Busroute 31) is only two walking minutes away. The University of Art and Music, the city park (Stadtpark) and the recreational area Hilmteich/Leechwald are a 10 minute walk, the largest hospital (Landeskrankenhaus), the Technological University and the beautiful historic city center of Graz a 15 minute walk away.
